The GrandMaster "Razorback"
Incorporates Polycrystalline Micro Fusion Segment Technology
Reduced segment loading - extra long life - superior thin set coating removal from soft or very hard concrete floor surfaces.
The good alrounder
The Razor back cup wheel is a low cost hard wearing PCD cup wheel design that is mainly used for rapidly exposing aggregate in concrete floors when undertaking concrete polished jobs. It also works reasonably well for removing stencil coatings, paints and some tile glues, and serves as a useful intermediary role as a secondary "extra clean surface abrasive" to tidy up and remove light coating residue from timber, fibro cement sheet or very soft or hard concrete floors after a more aggressive large segment PCD has been used to rip off the heavy coating.
Why so Many PCD Types and Designs
Tradesmen love PCD abrasives because they are hard wearing and are unbeatable for removing stubborn coatings and as every experienced floor preparation tradesman knows, ""every job is different"" and require various combinations and different types of PCD and diamond segment abrasives of various grit sizes and patterns for desired customer finish, whereby the razorback gets a successful try out on most jobs in turns up on.
